Orders placed after the daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed and shipped on the next business day.
While we strive to meet these processing times, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Synvora Labs.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is confirmed by the shipping carrier as lost in transit, please contact us promptly.
After verification with the carrier, Synvora Labs may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement shipment or other appropriate resolution.
Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are generally considered successfully delivered. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the shipping carrier first before reaching out to us.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for products that have been shipped and delivered.
Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:
- You receive the wrong product due to our error.
- The package is confirmed by the shipping carrier as lost in transit.
- Your order arrives with significant shipping damage. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and products.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
Synvora Labs is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
