All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been shipped and delivered.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Eligible Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements may only be considered in the following situations:
- Your package is confirmed by the shipping carrier as lost in transit.
- You receive the incorrect item due to an error on our part.
- Your order arrives with significant shipping damage.
If any of these situations occur, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the package and product (if applicable)
We will review each claim and determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
Delivered Packages
Packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered.
Synvora Labs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location.
- Contacting household members or neighbors.
- Contacting the shipping carrier for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly to ensure same-day or next-business-day shipping.
Because of this, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
If your order has not yet been processed, we may cancel it at our discretion.
