At Synvora Labs, we are committed to providing high-quality research products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at SynvoraLabsLLC@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the package and product

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Returns

For quality assurance and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
